# Overview

Creator GEO turns rights-cleared creator content into answer pages on your store’s domain. These docs explain how to connect your storefront, review a page, and publish it. Developers can use the Brand API to host approved pages on a custom ecommerce site.

## Before you start

- Connect your storefront and Instagram in Creator GEO. Custom ecommerce connections require assisted setup.
- Confirm you have permission to republish the creator content. See [How rights work](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/rights/index.md).
- For custom ecommerce, have a backend service and hosting for pages and media. Your delivery API key stays on your server.

New to the product? Read [What Creator GEO does](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/what-creator-geo-does/index.md) for the page content, review workflow, and delivery options.

## Set up your storefront

**Shopify:** Follow [Shopify theme setup](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/shopify-theme-setup/index.md) to make your published guides discoverable from your store.

**Custom ecommerce:** Follow the [integration guide](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/custom-ecommerce/integration/index.md) to fetch approved pages, copy media, and keep your storefront up to date. Use the [Brand API reference](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/api/reference/index.md) for endpoints, parameters, and response schemas, and [API examples](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/custom-ecommerce/integration/index.md#api-examples) for backend requests in your language.

## Review and publish pages

1. [Check rights](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/rights/index.md) for the creator clips you plan to use.
2. [Review what you can edit](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/editing-pages/index.md), including quotes and supporting evidence.
3. [Publish your first page](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/publishing-first-page/index.md) and verify its delivery on your storefront.
4. [Retire a page](https://docs.creatorgeo.ai/guides/retiring-a-page/index.md) when it should no longer be public.

For custom ecommerce, **Published** and **Available** mean an approved API snapshot exists. Your integration must publish the page and its media; those statuses do not confirm that a storefront URL is live.
